予約チケット制について・About the reservation ticket system
●藤の期間、現地でチケット販売はしておりません。
●現地でチケットを販売すると駐車場などが狭い為、交通渋滞が発生する可能性があります。
●その対策として、２０１６年から、ご来園前に予約チケット（WEB若しくはコンビニ）を購入していただき、購入出来ましたらご来園いただく事で交通渋滞を起こさないようにする方法となっております。
●入園料は1,600円ですが、予約チケットは１枚600円です。
●予約チケットは入園料に充てる事が出来ますが、人数制限としての役割を兼ねておりますので、誤って多く購入された場合でも、複数枚を同時に充てる事は出来ません。
●開花状況で入園料が変動するシステムですので、チケットを1,600円で販売すると、開花状況によっては返金しないといけない為、今現在、追加料金をお支払いいただくシステムがベストと考えております。

●During the wisteria season, tickets are not sold on-site.
●Selling tickets on-site could cause traffic congestion due to limited parking space.
●As a countermeasure, since 2016, we have implemented a system where visitors purchase advance tickets (online or at convenience stores) before coming to the park. This helps prevent traffic congestion.
●The entrance fee is 1,600 yen, but advance tickets are sold for 600 yen each.
●Reservation tickets can be used towards admission fees, but they also serve as a limit on the number of people allowed inside the park. Therefore, even if you accidentally purchase more than the required number, you cannot use multiple tickets at the same time.
●Since the entrance fee fluctuates depending on the flowering status, if we sell tickets for 1,600 yen, we may have to issue refunds depending on the flowering status. Therefore, we currently believe that a system where an additional fee is charged is the best option.
